実は日本公開当時、映画館で観たときはお客も少なく、映画の感想もイマイチでした。ところが！最近になって改めて観ると面白いんですよ、凄く楽しいんですよね！当時の僕は恐らくジャッキーの「カンフー映画」を求めていたのかも知れません。これは「カンフー」ではなくアクションコメディー映画だ、と、偏った先入観を捨てて観た時、これは僕の中で凄く面白い映画になりました。個人的には前作サンダーアームよりストーリー良し、音楽良し、アクション良し、テンポもすこぶるいい。面白い、というか楽しい映画です。
序盤のバイクアクションにはもう脱帽です。
しかし星４つの理由は単純。
このDVD、発売前ですが、またしても吹替えが入らないようなんですよね。
前回の「プロジェクトAシリーズ」「ポリスストーリー」ではせっかく吹替えが初収録したってのに、なんで今回のでまた吹替えいれないんですかねぇ？
その次に発売する「Mr.Boo」は吹替え収録なのに・・。
このメーカーのやる気のなさにマイナス星１つ・・２つでもいいです。
映画自体は星5点！

予備知識なくこの作品を購入したら、なんと吹き替えが入っていませんでした。
これはないでしょう。

わたしは子どもの頃からずっとジャッキーの映画は石丸博也さんの吹き替えで見ていたので、この仕様には本当にうんざりでしたよ。

映画自体は娯楽大作といった感じで楽しいし、子どもの頃に好きだった映画で思い入れもあるのに、なんだか拍子抜けしてしまいました。

ジャッキーらしい映画。
