まず購入したら，すぐに口にくわえずに手洗い用の石けんで手を洗いながらいっしょにごしごしやりましょう。それをせずに口にくわえると金属油ぽい味がします。それが済めば，無味無臭です。普通，金属を舐めるとなんとなく金属の味がしますが，まったくその心配はありません。
　効果は，すごいです。口の中の臭いはすぐに消えます。しかし，ニンニク料理などを食べたときは，胃の中から臭いがやってきますので，すぐに臭いが復活します。歯にニンニクのかけらが残っていても臭いはすぐに復活します。牛乳などで胃の中の臭いを抑える，糸ようじなどで，歯の間を綺麗にすれば，ＯＫです。全体的に臭いが取れるのが短縮されます。
　口の中がなんか臭いかなと思ったらしゃぶると，すぐにすっきりです。ガムや飴ですっきりとさせていたひとは，こちらの方がいいですよ。
(現在は使用中止)
２，３日使ってみて，自分の味覚の微妙な感覚が無くなった感じがしたので，使用を中止しました。

使えるには使えるけど、そのうちに使わなくなってしまいました。
ついてくるストラップは安っぽいし、首からかけて使うにはダサいかなと思います。家で暇なときに銜えているだけだったらいいけれど、外で使ってこまめに洗わないとなんか汚いような気がしてしまいます。

人と会う前、外出時に歯を磨く時間がない時などとっても便利！
口臭が気にならなくなるので、外食後には重宝してます。
ただし、紐がイマイチなので★４つ。本体だけ外してバッグに入れてます。
