壮大なストリングスを使った美しいバラード曲。
hydeの綺麗な高音が曲をさらに引き立てます。
サビの転調は鳥肌もので、本当にぞくぞくしました。
正直、アルバムが控えてますし、レンタルで済まそうかと思いましたが、
あまりにも素晴らしかったので買ってしまいました。

美しいのは曲だけでなく、PVも今回は素晴らしい出来です。
平面と立体の魅せ方が巧く、思わず見とれてしまいました。
ここまで曲に合うPVは久しぶりに見た気がします。
なので、欲を言えばDVD付きで発売して欲しかった気もしますが・・・

復帰後ラルクの曲では一番気に入りました。まだまだラルクは行けると底力を見せてくれた作品です。

　久々に叙情的な旋律のシングルである。その内容通り、タイトルも「叙情詩」。ロッカー・バラードでありながら、どこか東洋的な香りを漂わせる旋律。NHKホールでの「真っ赤に染まる」照明は印象的だった。

　tetsu作曲の、明るく直線的な曲が続いたので、そろそろ叙情的な旋律が聴きたくなっていたところ。タイムリーにリリースされた当シングルに、すっかりやられた自分。久々にカラオケが付いたのも嬉しい。

　一番好きな曲が「花葬」であるのは今も変わらないが、これもなかなか良い。

今回の曲は2005年のシングル曲である「Killing Me」や
「New World」のスピード感溢れる爽快なロックチューン
ではなく、hydeの声がとても美しい壮大なバラードになっています!!
しいて言えば、「forbidden lover」や「Anemone」などの雰囲気が
あります。しかし、今までのラルクにはない新しい感じのバラード曲
と言っても良い、そんな曲でもあります。
「瞳の住人」以来の久しぶりのバラード曲なので要チェックです!!!
そして、かなりおススメです!!!
