前評判がいいわりに、退屈さを感じるということもところどころで目にしたけども、自分は聴けば聴くほど味が出てじわりじわりと引き込まれていきますね。演奏自体は1stから危なげないし、2ndで飛躍的に向上したヴォーカルの歌唱力はまた少しばかりエモーショナルになってるような気がする。確かに曲調にはっきりとした変化がないので、はじめのうちはさらりと流してしまうけどもその違いを少しづつ感じはじめてくると・・・じわりじわりとはまっていきますね。そのはっきりしない分、ボーナストラックのカヴァー曲が妙にメロディアスで浮いてしまってるけど、このDIOの曲をきちんと歌い上げてるところに次の更なる飛躍を期待できるんですけど。彼らのライブを見た人が「このバンドってこんなにライブ向きしないバンドだっけ」と思ったらしいですが、ライブパフォーマンスの向上とアルバムにキラーチューンが出てくるといつでも爆発できそうな匂いのするバンドだと思います。
メロディアスで覚えやすい曲をやってるバンドは「かっこええ！！」と初めは感じつつそのうち飽きがくるんですけど、少しずつフックを喰らうこんなバンドは貴重で、結構長く聴けるんですよね。

まだまだ期待できますよ。特にヴォーカルはまだ飛躍するのりしろがあるように思います。意外とヴォーカルが変わると特にギターがそれに呼応するかのように向上するんで次回作を楽しみにできるバンドです。ということで五つ目は自分の期待を埋めてくれるようにカラ星。

最近はプロデューサーとしても名を聞くようになったニノ・ローレンネ（ｇ）率いるフィンランド産メロディック・メタルバンドの３ｒｄ。

２ｎｄ「THE　BURNING」は非常に良質なメロディック・メタルアルバムで結構聴きこんだ作品だったので今作への期待度は高かったんだけど、正直イマイチかな・・・。

基本路線はストラトを剛直にしたようなパワー・メタルで、その点ではこれまで通りで、歌唱・演奏共に間違いなく好みの部類なんだけど、展開を考えすぎたら勢いが無くなって、面白みも薄れちゃったみたいな印象。

今作の中では一番のお気に入りの＃２“Without　Wings”や印象的なメロとリズムの組み立てが面白い＃６“The　Last　Song”、疾走曲＃９“Weight　Of　The　World”あたりはいいんだけど、他の曲はどうも飽きるっつーか、メロもつまらん。最近流行りの雰囲気系に近づいた感がでてきちゃった(>_<)

ストレートな疾走曲をもう１曲追加してればもっと締まったと思うだけに勿体無いな。
