このアルバムはすごい・・・。捨て曲無いし、音もカッコいい。ハードロックしてます。
けどラクリマらしくプログレっぽい展開を持つ曲もあったりして結構バラエティーに富んでる。
ラクリマが演奏力のあるバンドであるからこそ出来たアルバムかもしれない。
ギターソロや間奏も凄く凝った作りになってる。

先行シングルのHot Rod Circuit、yesterdays、CANNONBALLは文句無しにいいし、
DESERT〜DANCING IN THE DARK〜Under my skinという繋がりもGOOD。
バスドラが鳴り響くDon’t tell me liesやインストのDRONEも素晴らしい。

4人になってしまったラクリマだけどこの路線は個人的に大好き。
本当に名盤だと思う。個人的には1stを超えた。

今までのラクリマのイメージとは、かなり違った雰囲気のアルバムになっている。最近のシングルが、ハードロック調だったので、どんなアルバムになるのか個人的にすごく気になっていたが、期待以上のものだった。
全体がハードロックだが、聴けば聴くほどに味がでる曲が多くて、今までのラクリマにハードロック？と思っていたが、とてもかっこいい仕上がりになったいると感じた。しかも、４人になってしまったけれど、それを感じさせない存在感のある音楽が健在していて、改めて色んなジャンルをラクリマの世界にしてしまうすごさを持っているバンドだと思った。
星４つにしたのは、今後さらに味のある音楽を提供してくれると期待してのことで、このアルバムは本当に良いと思う。シングルで前に出ていたCANNONBALLも、このアルバムの中に入れば、とてもしっくり来る。全体にまとまりのあるアルバムになっている。

４人編成になったラクリマの再出発アルバム。
インディ時代からHR/HMの香りはありましたが、
ここに来て一気にその匂いを強くした印象。

TAKAの高音シャウトはいまいち非力な感じはするが、
スリリングでテクニカルなギターに
アグレッシブな疾走感は、
素直にかっこいいと言える。
以前あったような妖艶さは薄れてしまいましたが、
その代わり、男らしい屈強とした精神が宿った印象を受けました。

スリリングで、しかし「yesterdays」のようなしっとりとした曲も
聴かせてくれる力作です。
