オープニング・エンディングテーマ共に梶浦由記が作詞・作曲・コーラスアレンジを担当。
オープニングテーマはエンリケ（B 元バービーボーイズ）、小田原豊（Dr 元レベッカ）などドライブ感を体現できるメンバーをバックに期待の新星、翁 鈴佳(おきな れいか)が歌い、エンディングテーマは平原綾香「Jupiter」のアレンジャーである坂本昌之がより透明なアレンジに仕上げた楽曲を引田香織が歌う。
オープニング・エンディングテーマのフルサイズバージョンと、それぞれのカラオケバージョンを収録。

　　オープニングの「月のカース」は、聞いた瞬間このアニメがどうなのか想像できます。少し悲しくて、とても切なくて、感情をいっぱい込めた曲です。この歌を聴いていると、自然に感動しちゃうんです。翁さんの歌声はそれ程の魅力があるんです
エンディングの「みちゆき」はボーカルが中心で、なんとなく中世紀のチャーチ音楽に似ています。とても美しい歌声で、聞いてるとふわっとした音楽の中に包まれる様な感じです。なんだかこの曲聴いてると雑念が全部消えて、心が浄化できるみたいです。この歌もまた、切なくてたまりません。
ＬＯＶＥＬＳＳを見た事ない人にもお勧めです！多分、この二曲を聴いたら、アニメも見たくなるでしょう^_^

このCDはTVアニメ「LOVELESS」の主題歌CD。
第1話を見た時、本当に吃驚した。
こんなに綺麗なアニメがあるんだ、と。
特に戦闘シーンの華麗さ、表現の仕方がとても美しかった。
そんなアニメのOP「月の呪縛」。
アニソンだといえばアニソンに近い。
でも私的にはとても好みだ。
そしてED。コレは立夏の心情だと思った。
悲しくも、美しい。
歌にあわせて動く映像。あの映像とマッチ
して感情移入を起こした私。
両曲とも梶浦由記さんの書いた曲なだけあっていい曲だと思う。
気になる方はまず「LOVELESS」をご覧下さい。

「月の呪縛」「みちゆき」どちらも梶浦さんの曲の中でも聞きやすい楽曲です。

個人的には個性があまりに強く音の流れを掴みにくいサントラ系の楽曲よりもSee-Sawや他ミュージシャン提供のボーカル入り楽曲の方が「聞きやすい」のですが、今回は実際のCDを通して聞くと若干ミュージシャン側の音を歌い上げる個性が強め、かもしれません。

「月の呪縛」「みちゆき」はどちらも独特のミステリアスなメロディーラインでありながら繊細な音の流れを楽しめます。

ファンタジーアクションアニメのLOVELESSとしての主題歌。「らしさ」に浸って聞くのも良し。「アニメ」を意識せずにミステリアスな楽曲に浸って聞くのも良しです。
