5.0 out of 5 stars 4年ぶりのアルバムはほどよくまとまって, 2005/6/3
中坪敦彦さんのソロ活動、FishTONEの3枚目のアルバムが4年ぶりに発売つーことで早速聴いてみた！
全体的に落ち着いた感じのアルバム。でも、音の併せ方には流石というものがあります。
今回は、中坪さんが所属している「I've」の歌姫、MELL さんとSHIHOさんが参加してるってこともあって注目の1枚。

オススメは、3.「noyau」、4.「mermaid in the city」、5.「fin」の3曲。
「noyau」はすごく閑かで優しい曲。春から夏にかけての昼下がりに窓からのそよ風に揺れるレースのカーテンを見ながら、聴いたらとても心地よさそう。MELLさんの声もマッチしていてとても落ち着ける1曲だ。
「mermaid in the city」は「noyau」と変わってテンポのいい曲。ゲームや映画のEDにスタッフロールと一緒にこの曲が聞こえてきそうな感じ。
「fin」はあのアニメ化、映画化で話題のAIRの主題歌「鳥の詩」を作曲した折戸伸治氏が楽曲を提供。それに中坪さんのアレンジが見事にヒット！これもテンポのいいテクノちっくな1曲。ピアノ系のシンセの響きがとてもいいです。イメージ的には大空を飛び抜ける爽快感を感じさせる1曲だ。

結果として、買って損はない1枚。きっと自分好みの曲を見つけられると思う。

FISHTONEの3rdアルバムです。最初に断っておきたいのが、
1stアルバムのFISHTONEとは方向性が違うということです。
初期のFISHTONEの音楽を期待すると裏切られます。
しかし、いい意味で裏切られることでしょう。
全体を通してクールで綺麗な音にまとまっています。
静謐すら感じさせる「環境音楽」と言ってもいいくらいです。
何気なくBGMとしてかけるのもオシャレではないでしょうか？
もちろんCDに没頭するのも良し！
オススメの一枚に仕上がっています。

カッコイイの一言!
MELLとSHIHOの歌唱力と、それを充分に引き出す中坪敦彦氏の作曲アレンジ能力の高さに参りました。
肩に力を入れず聴ける「ラウンジ・ミュージック」の新しい形をみました。
個人的には、３曲目のスロー・テンポの曲（MELLちゃんが歌ってると思う）が心にしみました。
iveファンは勿論、ゆったりしたグルーブ感が欲しい人は絶対聴くべし!
