ここは、とある遊園地。
そこでは見習い魔法使いが「人を幸せにする」修行を積んでいます。

主人公の魔法使いの少女ミュウは、せっかく人を幸せにする魔法を持ちながら
それを正しく使うことができず、卒業試験に落第してしまいます。

「人を幸せにするより自分が幸せになりたい」と考えるミュウを
魔法の先生サイラは諭しますが、ミュウはそれを素直に聞き入れることができず、
サイラに怒られてしまいます。

そこに、些細なことで夫婦喧嘩している両親を見て落ち込んでいる
少年ケンタにサイラは出会います。
落ち込んでいるケンタを色々な魔法で楽しませるサイラ。
そこでケンタはサイラに「お父さんお母さんにも魔法を見せて」と
お願いするが、それは物語の都合上できない（笑）
代わりにサイラは、ケンタに１０年前の両親がまだ恋人になる前の
時代を見せてあげることにします。

喜び勇んで過去に旅立つケンタ。
何故か、その１０年前にミュウも迷い込むことにより、
色々と騒動が巻き起こります。

果たして、ケンタの両親はめでたく恋人同士になれるのか？
もし、ケンタの両親に何かあったらケンタはどうなる？
ミュウは魔法使いとして成長できるのか？

安田監督の「幸せのスイッチ」が面白かったので、こちらも観てみました。
安田作品の「のほほん」「ほんわか」とした雰囲気が気に入っています。

ただ１つ残念だったのは、時間が５３分しかないこと。
「あれ、もう終わり？」と言う感じでしたので、時間がもう少しあれば５つ星でした。

石坂ちなみは基本的にグラビアアイドルである。本作が女優としてのデビュー作になるが、大事な最初の作品が安田監督で良かったな、と思う。アイドルムービーを撮る監督ではないので、自然光を上手く使い、石坂をキュートに撮りあげた。これが三流監督だったら、単に石坂ちなみのコスプレムービーになっていたはずだ。青い魔女コスチュームでほぼ全編演じ続けるのも恥ずかしかった、とメイキングで言っていたが、バルタン星人のような帽子は特に可愛かった。演技力はまだまだで、ふてくされている感情の出し方や、人間に恋する瞬間の表情などこれから勉強することも多いかな、と。「いま、会いにいきます」が好き、とインタビューで言っていたが、質感では負けていない同じ安田作品「幸福のスイッチ」で上野樹里と相対したことはプラスになっただろう。１時間弱と短い作品なので、ちょっと時間が空いたときにおすすめ。

ヤンジャン制コレ2002準グランプリの石坂ちなみと
数々のグランプリに輝く安田真奈監督による
暖かくてそしてちょっとせつない作品です。
さらに、ファンタジックな舞台設定や演出も
石坂ちなみのコスプレっぽい衣装もいけてます。
