レビュータイトルのように言ってしまうとジャニーズファンには失礼であるとは重々承知ではあるけれど、「ジャニーズ」ということについ壁を作ってしまう人は多いと思う。特に男性とかはそうなのでは？

この２人はどうも他のジャニーズグループと比べると、存在的にちょっと浮いているような気がしてなりません。
５人を超えるような人数でのグループが多い中、２人だけだからという理由もあるのだろうけど、まずは曲調とかが違う。
ジャニーズの曲といえば「若さ・元気の良さ」が滲みでるようなイメージを受けるのだけど、滝翼は何か違う。
元気ながらも、どこか色気を感じる曲が多い。

代表曲と言っても過言ではないと思われる「夢物語」を聴いてから、度肝を抜かれ「今までのジャニーズイメージとは何か違うユニットがいる。」と思い、出す曲は必ず１度はチェックしています。そして実はいい曲が多いこのユニット。

その中でもこの「仮面」は美しく仕上がっています。
カッコイイ、カワイイ、じゃなくて「美しい」んです。
思わずPVを見て、そのように思ってしまいました。
TVでの露出の多いタッキーは言わずとも知れてるので、ここでのコメントは省くとして、相方の今井翼さん、彼のパフォーマンスはもっと一般的に表に出すべきでは？
このPVで明らかに分かるであろう、彼のボディラインが作り出す美しいダンスは絶品であるように思います。

PVと合わせて曲を「聴く」というよりは「見る」ことをオススメします。ということで、DVD付が購入するならベストでしょうね。
私のように、たまにはジャニーズという壁をチラリとめくってみるのもいいかもしれません（笑

曲のイントロから最後まで滝翼にピッタリなナンバーです。ＤＶＤも全体にスピード感があって是非見て欲しいです。
