昨年はEP1枚のリリースだけに終わるなど、相変わらずマイペースを
貫く彼らの、久々の2nd。

とても素敵な作品です。
個人的にも、待った甲斐があったなという感じ。

今作も、とにかく作り込まれてます。
曲展開は一筋縄ではいかないし、複雑なアレンジも健在。
基本的な４ピース編成のバンドの作品とはとても思えないほどです。

そして、それだけ複雑なのに、不思議なほどにキャッチー。
より磨きのかかった"美メロ"が耳を捕らえて離しません。

まだまだ知名度は低いけれど、できれば多くの人に耳にして欲しい。
彼らの音には、幅広い層にアピールできる魅力があると思います。

余談ですが、｢FUEL｣のクリップ(EXTRA映像)の異様なシュールさが
笑えました。

日本にもこんな卓越したテクとグルーヴを出せるバンドが
あるんだ、というのがまず第一印象でした。M1からM3のまで流れ
が個人的には好きです。まさに宇宙系とでも言いましょうか。（笑）

元メタルバンド出身だけあって、さまざまな
奏法が聴けます（ギターパート）それに良い意味での変態ベース。
僕はヴォーカルを全面的にプッシュするのが好みなんですが、このバンドは
ヴォーカルとバックトラックのバランスが絶妙でどちらがメインなのかよくわかりません、
それが狙いかもしれませんが。これからの作品
も楽しみにしてます。一度LIVE行ってみたいです。お洒落ロックが好き
な人はおすすめです。あとカッティング系が好きな人にも。

このアルバム、収録曲数は１０曲と少なめなものの、
その内容は非常に濃く、無駄のない完成されたもの。

前作「K.and~」も新曲が１、２、３曲目と連なって
聴く人をバンアパワールドへと引き込んでましたが、
今作も、更に畳み掛けるように素晴らしい新曲が続きます。

また、前作を軽く凌駕すると言い切れるほど、
今作で見せる、バンドでのボキャブラリーの多さに圧倒され、
荒井氏の歌にも以前よりずっと磨きがかかったように思います。
力強く歌う箇所、淡々と歌う箇所の緩急が素晴らしい。
楽器陣においてもしかりで、最後の最後まで飽きさせません。
彼らの、「かっこいい」の高次解釈による、様々な音が楽しめます。
もちろんじっくり聴いても存分に３８分楽しめますが、
ＢＧＭにしてもクレバーな気分も味わえたり。

僕は特にM7のviolent penetrationが今お気に入りです。
Gt・Ba・Dr型バンドで出て来るような発想とは思えない・・。
授業中も脳内ヘビーローテーション。
バンアパは、まだまだ発展途上であると信じます。
今後の更なる成果を期待する意味をこめて、星４つ。
これ以上の作品を待ってます！！
