ラピスソナタセットと一緒に購入しました。

別売りのハンドルなので、質感が違ったらどうしようと不安でしたが
T-FALインジニオシリーズ付属のハンドルとまったく同じものでした。
色は、光の向きによって緑になったりブルーになったりして
とても綺麗ですよ。

とくにT-FALのセットを購入される場合は、
やはりハンドルは２つあった方が絶対便利だと思いますよ。

強火にすると、熱が取っ手まで届き、
取っ手のプラスチック部分が溶けて、
勝手に取っ手が外れたり、逆に取り付けられなく
なったりします。

調理が終わり、ﾃｰﾌﾞﾙから移動させようとしたら、いきなりハンドルがとれました。締まりが悪くなってしまっていたのですが、「取っ手がとれる」怖さを逆に知りました。ちょっと加熱した料理がかかったくらいでやけどにはなりませんでしたが。Jスタマーセンターで聞いたら、加熱が強いとハンドルの内部が変形していてなるそうです。見た目ではわかりません。ガスﾃｰﾌﾞﾙで使用する方はどうしても取っ手が火にかかるはずなので気をつけてください。また、取手にも本体にも保障期間はありません。だからといってフライパンを捨てるのも・・・仕方ないので新しいハンドルを買いましたが、ハンドルがはずれることを考えてその部分は火があたっても変形しないように作成するなど、対策が必要なのでは？？
