イタリアのシンフォニックメタルバンド、シークレット・スフィアの1st。

このアルバムは、イタリアンメタルの中でもとりわけクサメロの点では5指に入る作品だと思うし、これが出たときはRHAPSODY、LABYRINTHに続くのは間違いなくこのバンドだと思ったものである。
その後、アルバムを重ねながらもやや伸び悩み、ようやく最近になって吹っ切れたようなアルバム「HEART & ANGER」で持ち直したが、やはりこのバンドの最高作はこの1stである。
ファンタジックな世界観と、シンフォニックなキーボードで疾走するサウンドは、メロスピマニアにもたまらない。
とくに“Recall of the Valkyrie”は、この手のクサ疾走ナンバーでは最高の1曲だ。
ボーナスのデモ曲も、音質は悪いが、いっそうのクサメロ、かつシンフォニックで楽しめる。

正しくは、

となっています。私が持っているものは輸入版のため日本版はボーナストラックなどがあるかもしれませんが。

全体的には、２ndに比べ荒削りですが力強さという点ではどのアルバムにも負けないかもしれません。

３と６なんかはこのジャンルのファンなら文句無しでしょう。

SECRET SPHERE、2ndの方が評価は高いですが、
2ndは落ち着いた、洗練された感があるのに対して、
こちらはクサいメロディがたまらないです。
ストレートにいい曲が多いので、
僕はSECRET SPHEREのアルバムはこれをおすすめします。
