ライブ3部作最終章にて最高傑作！ ドキュメンタリー番組『情熱大陸』出演の余波でチケットがわずか30分で完売するなど、2004年には一部社会現象ともなった浜田真理子の毎年恒例となった秋のワンマンライブをCD化。ライブ・アルバム3作目となる本作がシリーズ3部作の最終章となります。最高潮に達した観客の期待と、その期待に寸分違わぬ“うた力”で聴衆を一気に引き込む奇跡の瞬間をこれまで以上にリアルにとらえた最高傑作ライブ。当日は宮沢りえをはじめ。各界のクリエイターが多数来場したことも話題に。

ディスク1は、そのシアターコクーンでのライブを収録。ディスク2では、2004年のさまざまな場所でのベストテイクをまるで、もう一日のライブとして楽しめる内容に編集しています。ボーナス・トラックとして市川準演出「白岳」CMで使用され問い合わせが殺到した「流転」（スタジオテイク）を収録。全28曲。

    知人に誘われて4月2日の大阪での彼女のライブに行ってきました。ＦＭ局のヘビーローテーションになったり等で彼女の曲は耳にしてはいたのですが、ライブはそのベクトル上にあるものまったくの別世界でした。彼女の弾くピアノと彼女の肉声のみが響く会場は、商業性が排除された異次元（陳腐な表現ですが）。もしかしたら童謡に時折感じる“懐古感”の原点がそこにあったのかもしれません。それがゆえに、ともすれば切り貼りの不快感が残りがちなライブアルバムから会場で味わった感動が伝わるか不安でしたが、とんでもありませんでした。しみいります。必聴です。

    　世の中の事象すべてがカラカラと早回り、空回りし続ける現代において、彼女の歌の中に流れるゆったりとした時の流れは、とても貴重なものに思える。
    　いつものようにオリジナル曲に加え、古い歌謡曲にジャズ歌曲、ブルースがピアノで弾き語られるがが、何も彼女は昭和歌謡の歌姫にもジャズ・シンガーにもなろうとはしないし、あざとく黒人風にコブシをまわして見世もしない。あくまで身の丈にあった自身の歌を丹念に歌うその姿は高潔でさえある。
    　今後彼女がどのように成長してゆくのかは分からないが、出来ればもう少しアップテンポやミッドテンポのナンバーを聞いてみたい。もっとも、これはしごく個人的な要望であって、この２枚組のライヴ盤が何者でもない浜田真理子の等身大の姿を捉えた傑作であることは間違いない。

    いつ聴いても聞き惚れる「Love song」、「のこされし者の歌」等、彼女が歌うオリジナル曲に込められた重い存在感は凄みがありますね。
    浜田真理子さんが伝えたいメッセージをはっきりと受け取りましたし、圧倒され続けました。
    ピアノの弾き語りというシンプルな演奏が、かえって音楽の本来持っているメッセージ性を露にするようです。

    包みこむような真理子さんのハートフルなヴォーカルが、発せられる歌詞に存在感を与えています。
    彼女の作詞した日本語に潜む哀しみや淋しさやけだるさが、ストレートに聴く者に伝わるという魅力的な歌唱力の持ち主ですね。やはりその哀愁を帯びたともいえる深い響きを持った声が印象的なのは間違いありません。

    「霧笛」の歌唱を聴いて鳥肌が立ちました。重い歌ですし、深い意味を持った歌詞に込められた思いがストレートに伝わりました。
    「場末哀歌」もいいですね。ちょうどスポットライトに照らされた「一人芝居の名女優」のように感じました。他のアーティストにはない個性の輝きとして感じながら聞き惚れました。

    「黒の舟歌」、「昭和ブルース」、「みんな夢の中」等のステージでは恒例となった昭和歌謡もまた新たな息吹を与えてもらったかのような輝きを帯びていました。懐かしいだけでなく新鮮でしたね。
