水切りカゴでここまでオシャレなものに出会ったことがありませんでした。
なので一目惚れして即購入です。見た目もステキですが、使い勝手もステキです。
突起も何もないのですがお皿はきちんと立ちます。
ワイヤーが交差していないのでワイヤーとワイヤーの間にお皿が差し込めるのです。
ワイヤーはある程度曲がるので厚みのあるお皿でもＯＫ。
もちろんお皿を取ればワイヤーは元に戻ります。
トレーには傾斜が付いていて、水滴はスルスルーっとすべって行ってシンクに落ちます。
ただし水滴の量が少ないときは、滑らすにその場で乾いてしまうこともあります。
乾いたあとがステンレストレーに残り、それがちょっと目立つので、☆４つとしました。
トレーをマメに洗っていれば問題ないと思います。

形状は大変美しいです。使ってみるとお皿等が立てられて使い勝手も良いのですが、下のトレイの水分全部が流れる訳ではなく、いくらか水分が残ってしまいます。そのままにしておくと水の鉱物質の部分が白くなり、乾いてしまうと落ち難くなります。トレイを美しいままにしておくには、直ぐにふき取ってしまうようにしなければならずにかなり神経を使います。そこが少し難点でしょうか？？？

デザイン性の高さはもちろんなんですが、予想以上に使いやすくて正直驚いています。
見た目よりも収納力があり、とにかく食器類が置きやすいんです。横１本のワイヤー＆
間隔が研究しつくされているのだなぁと感心してしまいました。豆皿や水筒の中栓などの
細かい物はポケットカゴに置くことで、整理がついて大変便利です。カゴから水切りトレイまでの高さにも脱帽。この空きのおかげで、とっても早く乾くことがわかりました。するする〜っと溜まった水がこぼれ落ちるのを見る度、嬉しくなります。水滴の白いしみは時々タオルで拭き取っていれば、そんなに気になりません。星を４つにしたのは、価格の点です。やっぱりちょっと高すぎるかなぁと。料理研究家さんのブランドは、この点が残念なところですね。仕方ないのですが。買おうかどうか迷われている方、とにかく買って損なしの素晴らしい製品なのでオススメしますよ！！
