トルコのメタルバンド、日本デビューアルバム。
個人的にメタル歴も結構あるのだが、まさかトルコにこういうメタルバンドがいたのか!と、驚いた。
まず興味がわくのが、トルコ出身はもちろん男女混声ヴォーカル、フルートやヴァイオリン等、ゴシックもしくは民族音楽を取り入れた今話題のヴァイキングメタルを想像した。
実際は民族音楽を取り入れた、正統派メタルと言える。
女性Voはソプラノだが少し弱いし男性Voも普通声だが、正直実力不足。
曲ははっきり言っていいのだから、Voも含めてサウンドにももっと硬質にしてほしい。
個人的には好きだが、もっとレベルを上げて次作で大化けすることを期待したい。

トルコの民族メタルバンド、アルモラの3rd。2004作
女性Voにフルート奏者がパーマネントメンバーにいるのがポイント。
のっけから、疾走サウンドにのって「ぴーひゃら~♪」と奏でられる音色が素敵。
曲の方は比較的普通で、ギターのリフなども正統メタルっぽく意外とありがち。
フルートとヴァイオリン、女性Voという要素はとても美味しいので、
今後はこの路線をもっと伸ばしていって、もう少し民族メロを増やして欲しい。
