　かの有名な芥川龍之介の代表作「羅生門」の結末は発表当初

「下人は、既に、雨を冒して、京都の町へ強盗を働きに急ぎつつあった」

であったそうな。しかし、その後芥川はこれを　

「下人のゆくえは、誰も知らない」

という表現に変えました。

なぜだかわかりますか？わからない人にとってはこのゲームはつまらないかもしれませんね。

当時はEver17に続くインフィニティシリーズの最新作と言うことで必要以上に期待されていました。

が。

発売後の感想はやはり期待はずれみたいな反応が多かったです。どうしても前作のイメージがあるため多少は仕方ないことでしょうが、
そういう意味ではかわいそうでだったかもしれません。

でも、決して作品のレベルが低いなんて事はないんです。
あくまで、最高傑作と比べれば多少見劣りはするという程度のことで。
この作品自体はちゃんと良く出来てます。秀作です。
近未来設定なので現実離れした科学などを使った謎があったりで、Ever17に比べ推理とかもしやすくなってるので考える楽しさがあります。
ラストとかに気になる部分はありますがそこもこの作品の一部なので気にしすぎてもしょうがないです。
この手の作品の内容は語るべきではないと思うので、自分なりの答えを見つけて楽しんでください。
オススメです。

私が最初にプレイし終えた際の感想は、不満未練たらたらでした。
この作品にはあらゆる解釈ができる、と思ったからです。
明確な答えが載せられていない以上、疑問は尽きないものだと思いました。
私はなぞなぞが得意ではないので、すぐ答えを求めてしまう、というのも原因でしょうか(笑

この作品について改めて考えようと思ったのは昨年の暮れでした。
実は、Infinityシリーズで最初に始めたのがRemember11で、昨年の暮れにEver17をプレイし、
ラストに半ば衝撃を受けつつ、このシリーズの最新であるこの作品について考え出したのがきっかけでした。

私は、この作品には明確な答えがある、と思いました。

この作品の良いところは、明確な答えが記述されていないため、一部のプレイヤーの満足度が"高まる"ことだと思います。
要は自己満足的なものでしょう。
張り詰められた伏線を紐解き、論理的な解釈をする…それが当てはまったとき、作者(悟)の意図がわかります。

この意図がわかったときの衝撃は、Ever17より大きかったです。
