３Fのしかけと笑いは素晴らしい！
素晴らしすぎたせいか、他の階はなんだか印象が薄く感じました。
１F冒頭、少し退屈に思ってしまって、そんな自分にハラハラしましたが、２Fで持ち直し、３Fで大満足、といったところです。
４Fは、なんだか流してしまってました。

他のKKプロデュース作品と比べると舞台装置を簡素化して勝負している作品。（それぞれの階ごとに装置の配置を変える方法をとっています。）
おすすめはやはりラーメンズお二人のかけあい。
描くことの出来ない画家（？）と何でもできる工務店員。
予想だにしないオチに心から驚愕、そして感服です。
一つの舞台で何人もの人間の生活を覗き見るということに、不思議な感覚を覚えるはず。
どの階もエキセントリックな住人ばかり･･･さぁ、どうするカタクリ工務店。
心から面白いと言える作品です。

とても素敵な作品です。ショートコントの集まり的な感じもあるけど、この作品の根底を流れているのは小林賢太郎のアート感覚。この揺るぎのない基盤に支えられて笑いが創られていくことによって、生活感が滲み、なんともないワンシーンでも魅力を感じてしまいます。1st floor がカフェ、2nd floor がお受験の学習塾、3rd floor が空白の個展会場、4th floor が大家さんの部屋というセッティングそのものや、大家さんの部屋のインテリアにもセンスのよさを感じるし、音楽の選曲（特に3rd floor　の芸術的なトリックで興奮した後に流れる音楽）なんかもおしゃれです。現代の、人が人と接することの虚無感と楽しさ、滑稽ささえも感じる作品で、舞台作品としても優れたものだと思います。
小林賢太郎は奇才な人です。
