「ホームワーク」、「ロマンス」、「エチュード」
などを提供した中原麻衣がファーストアルバムを
リリース。

新曲７曲（５曲目センチメンタルは、ＤＶＤ「美鳥の日々
の初回特典に付属している）を含む、全１２曲を
収録。６曲目「センチメンタル」はCooRieのナンバー
で有名。また、７曲目の「左胸のポケットに」は完全
リメイクされている。その為、マキシシングル「あな
たという時間」を持っている人にとっては別バージョ
ンで楽しめることになる。
更に、ロマンスやSelfish girlなどの現行曲も、今回
の録音音質に合わせているため、聴き易い質感となっ
ている。

「ミニシアター」というタイトルのように、短編劇場
のように様々な恋歌が展開される。また、今回はアコ
ースティック楽曲を主に使用している為か、従来の作
品とは一味違う。だが、中原麻衣の持ち味は失ってい
ない。
中原麻衣の表現力、CooRieのなじみ易い曲調、アコース
ティックテイストの楽曲と三位一体構成で今までの集大
成のような内容となっている。

初めて中原麻衣の魅力に触れてみたい方でも当作品は十
分楽しめるが、従来作品（「ホームワーク」「エチュー
ド」など）も併せて推奨したい。
私個人的な意見だが、当作品はJ-POPSのスタンダードス
タイルを彷彿とさせるものであった。全て良作なので是
非聴いてみてほしい。

録音音質は、標準よりやや上。従来作の質感の継続を想
像したが、アコースティック楽曲の導入の為か、全体的
に刺激音が抑制され聴き易くなっていた。従来作品も当
アルバムに収録されている方が質感は良い。
