この機種の印刷能力は悪くありません。
スピード、カラー印刷の鮮明さなど、このサイズからしたら、十分すぎるほどです。

が、この機種を「置き場所をとらないから」というコンパクト性だけでは選ばないほうが無難です。
ランニングコストが高く、モノクロ印刷の場合、２００枚印刷できればいいほうです（Ａ４で、ページ全体に文章を印刷する場合）。カタログ値は、空白部の多いサンプルで印刷した場合で計測しているので、どのようなものを印刷する機会が多いのかも検討したほうがいいかもしれません。
もし、ページ一杯の文章を印刷することが多いのであれば、ランニングコストが高くなることを覚悟する必要があります。

しかし、本当に携帯する必要があるのであれば、おすすめです。

自分の場合は、海外に長期滞在することになり、これを購入しました。現地で購入しても良かったのですが、すぐに印刷する必要があり、ショップを探して購入、ドライバのインストール、場合によっては日本語版ドライバをダウンロード、そうなるとインターネット環境を整える必要もある、などの手間を考慮してこれを選びました。
このサイズなら、機内持ち込みのカバンにも入ります。
電源も２４０Ｖまで対応しています。コンセントからＡＣアダプタまでの電源コードだけ２４０Ｖ使用に交換して、変圧器は使っていません。

プリント１枚あたりのランニングコストが高いのが気になりますが、携帯プリンターとしては綺麗だし文句のつけようがありません！
客様宅で使うことが多く、ケーブル類は面倒な為、別売りのBluetoothキットを使い、ワイヤレスで重宝しています。
ｉｒｄａと違い、許容範囲は１０ｍくらいまであるので、ＬＡＮとは違う意味で、家庭でのプリンタ共有にも適していると思います。
尚、ノート側には、ハギワラシスコムのＵＢ００３を使っています。

場所をとらないのが最高です。ただコスト的には割高かな。インク代が高いですね。ですが、年賀状とか写真とかプリントしても、非常に満足できる仕上がりです。もちろん、モバイルでの使用では最高のプリンターでしょう。
