バイクで手軽に有酸素運動
フィットネスバイクは、自転車に乗るのと同じような感覚で有酸素運動が手軽にしかも効果的に行えるフィットネス機器。 普通の自転車では確認しにくい速度や距離に加え、安全面でも心拍計が装備されているので 安心して運動に取り組める。

マグネット負荷方式（16段階）
マグネット負荷方式とは、磁石の磁力を利用してペダルに強・弱の負荷をかける方式で、 静音性・耐久性やメンテナンス面で優れている。

場所を選ばず、手軽に運動
乾電池式（単2乾電池4本使用）のためコンセントが不要。また、使わない時はコンパクトに収納でき、設置場所を選ばず手軽に運動できる。

4種類のトレーニングモード
マニュアルモード・プログラムモード（12コース）・ユーザープログラム・ターゲットハートレートから、その日の体調や目標に適したトレーニングを選択可。
体力評価機能
運動によって上昇した心拍数（脈拍）が、運動を終了した直後から1分間でどれくらい安静時の心拍数 に近づくことがでいるか（回復できるか）を機械的に測定し、毎日のトレーニング効果の目安や その日の調子のチェックが可能。

メイン表示部
心拍数・時間・回転数又は速度・距離・運動量又はカロリーを表示。また、グリップセンサー機能が付いており、グリップを握るだけで心拍数の測定ができる。

今まで使用していたバイクが音がうるさすぎ家族にも迷惑がられて余り使えなかったので、買い替えで購入しました。確かに音は驚くほど静かで、今では深夜や早朝でも使っています。プログラムも豊富で飽きないです。最大の問題は一度に30分までしか使えないことでしょうか。たった30分ではたいしたトレーニングにはなりません。ウォームアップとクールダウンも含めて1時間は使えないと減量効果もあまり期待出来ません。またハンドル側の前に体重をかけるとつんのめりそうになりました。１，2年もてばいい方でしょうか。週数回利用で運動不足解消が目的、畳んでしまっておくのが多い方にはよいかもしれません。

自宅でのデスクワーク中心で、運動不足を通り過ぎて、
体力低下が酷くなってので、その解消手段として購入しました。

○なポイント
・折りたたみ可能で、置き場所をとられない
・組み立ては簡単。女性でもノープロブレム（だと思う）
・稼働音が静か。音に神経質な人でもＯＫ。振動もほとんどない
・プログラムがそこそこ整っており、それなりに使いやすい

×なポイント
・液晶が暗く、やや見づらい
・心拍数計測機能は、両手で握り続けないと計測できない
・心拍数計測がシビア。指の付け根あたりが常に当たってないと計測不能になる
・それなりに重く、持ち運びにくいので、室内でも場所移動は苦労する
・造りがややチャチイので、経年劣化による不具合発生が心配

とはいえ、雨の日でも深夜でもトレーニングできるので、非常に満足しています。
我が家はマンションなんで、振動が気になって、
オプションのフロアマットも同時購入しましたが、
畳や絨毯をひいてあれば、マットなしでも問題ないでしょう。

欲を言えば、走行プログラムにもっとゲーム的な遊び心があれば、
もっと楽しかったのにと思います。
たとえば、ツール・ド・フランスのコース（？）を走る
シミュレーションもどきとか、日本一周を何日もかけてやるとか…。
タイピングゲーム的なノリが欲しかったかな。

テレビを見てジッとしているような時間を使って運動できるなんてとてもいいですね。
気楽に気長に無理せず運動が出来ます。
ただ、お尻が痛くなるのですこし改善が必要ですね。
クッションを乗せれば少し楽です。
