この時期のクリエイションは全米ツァーを決行し(野外フェスティバルでは、サンタナやフリートウッド・マックと共演し、観衆の中にはあのジェフ・ベックが居たらしい)まさに破竹の勢いが、そのままアルバムに反映されている。日本ではまだまだROCKが定着?しずらい状況だっただけに、このアルバムは未だ色褪せる事の無い日本ROCKの財産である。後期、ギタリストを加えツインギターで作られたアルバム『ライジング・サン』 是非、このアルバムのCD化を東芝さんに切実に願います!外タレバンドかと思える超一級の名盤です!!!

アナログ盤で聴いていますが、不思議な音です。当時はラジオ、ＴＶでもたまには、クリエイションの音を聴いていたに、初めて接する音のようです。熱いクリエイションの演奏の姿が思いだされます。
甲斐バンドなんて、目じゃないぜと弾きまくる竹田さんを見ていました。今もカッコイイですよ。

当時を知っている人も知らない人も必聴です。特にSPINNING TOE-HOLDやヤードバーズのカバー曲のHAPPENINGS　TEN　YEARS　TIME　AGOはいいですよ。SPINNING TOE-HOLDはB'zの松本さんのカバーするほどの曲です。
