HURRY SCUARY
→懐かしい〜！
→即購入。

という感じでした。

感想は「あれ？こんな感じだったっけ･･･」
ちょっと微妙かも。
全体的に音がうすい様に思いました。

個人的には、「Dirty Street」は、
昔某雑誌の付録のソノシートで聴いた日本語バージョン
の方が絶対にかっこいいと思います！
南のボーカルもしっくりきてたし。

でも久々に聴けてよかったかな。

3.0 out of 5 stars あぁ~なんかこの感じ、身体が覚えていたのよねえ。, 2005/4/10
あまりの懐かしさで即買いしてしまったハリースキュアリー、そういえば映画「TOP DOG」のサントラとして発売され、これがメジャーデビュー盤だったんだよなぁ。バンドのオリジナルっていうよりサントラだけに人の楽曲が多く、MAKE UPの松澤浩明や河野陽吾作品はドラマチックにできていて、なるほどなぁと。

一方中間、南楽曲は当時のライブパフォーマンス同様のアグレッシヴな音が並び、「OPEN YOUR EYES」や「FEELIN’HIGH」、某雑誌のソノシートにもなった「DIRTY STREET」なんてのはいまでもやっぱりいいね！。でもこの前者と後者の曲の質って別物だ、まとめるのが結構大変だったのかなあ。ともかく南のハイトーンヴォーカルと中間のギターパフォーマンスを聴けたのは「○」でしょう。出原のドラム、もちろん、スタイルが好きでした。

音質ってどうにかならんのかなあ？マスター制作に起因するのか、こういう方針だったのか、聴けば演奏はきっと馬力があるんだけど、盤になって、こもった感というかパワーとかガッツが足らないというか、LPで聴いたときの物足りなさを思い出した。
