彼女の曲は、音楽的バックボーンとして影響を受けてきたラテン・フレーバーの中に、懐かしさを感じさせるメロディー、というコンセプトから作られています。全体的に爽やか系の曲が多く、耳に入りやすいと思います。前作「PIECE OF LOVE」より、ボーカルは良い意味で力が抜けた、自己主張し過ぎていない感じがして、歌唱力がアップしている事が伺えると思いました。また、容姿端麗なので、ジャケット写真も見所の1つだと思います。

僕が初めて買った北原愛子のアルバム。 初めて聴いた思い出にスクワレテモはかなり衝撃を受けて、毎日ヘビーローテーションで聴いていました。 その他にも「戻れないあの日」やライヴでも人気のHands up!!もおすすめです。
初回版には初めてのフォトブックもついていて、北原愛子の魅力を存分に味わえる内容となっています。

1〜4曲以外はまた聞きたいとは想わない…。ラテン系なのは良いけどもうちょっと北原らしさを出して欲しい。ちなみに思い出にスクワレテモで火がつきました。
