特にオススメなのが下記の３曲です。

＊君をのせて~「天空の城ラピュタ」
ピアノ、ギター、パーカッションなどが入って、思いっきりタンゴ調！！今までいろいろアレンジされた事も多い曲でしょうけど、かなり意外性たっぷり。
テンポも実際より速いし、何といってもダークというか色っぽい感じ。あくまでもメロディはあのラピュタの曲。なかなかステキです。

＊となりのトトロ
同じくピアノ、ギター、パーカッションなどとのアレンジ。
こっちはラテン調！！明るく爽やかな夏の午後といった感じかな。
チェロというとゆったりとした低い音が売りかと思ってたけど、
あんな高くて澄んだ音も出せるのねぇ、と勉強になりました。
メロディラインは崩れてないので、簡単に口ずさめるとこもGOOD。

＊世界の約束~「ハウルの動く城」
ＣＤを買ったもう１つの理由は、ハウルの曲も入っていたからです。
さすがにいろいろＣＤ出てますが、ハウルのアレンジはまだ少ないし。
このＣＤでは、ハーモニカとピアノだけのシンプルだけど、
とても奥深い感じのアレンジ。

元のワルツのテンポを崩さずに最初はピアノとチェロのみ。
途中から入ってくるハーモニカの音が・・・もう涙出そうなくらいに美しい音で、ちょっと寂しげな雰囲気、夕焼けが似合いそうな曲です。

個人的に好きな曲、魔女の宅急便の「海が見える街」が入ってなかったので星１つ減らしましたが、ＣＤとしてはかなりまとまってるし、演奏もステキでした。
チェロをよく聴いたことない方にも、ジブリが好きな方にも、そして久木田さんが好きな方にも、オススメできます。
メロディがほとんど有名で知られているからこそ、誰もが楽しめるＣＤだと思います。

好きな曲が多くあり、買って良かったと思っています。

チェロの演奏をメインとあったので低音ののんびりした感じが多いのかと
思っていましたが以外とテンポが良く、でも聞いていて嫌な感じはありません。
聞いていると何だか穏やかな感じになれます。

アレンジが多彩で飽きさせない、ささざまなタッチのしっとり柔らかく瑞瑞しい感触が新鮮でした。
