アメリカ西海岸の古き佳き時代のメロコアの空気を堅持しながらすでに10年以上のキャリアを積んでいるスウェーデン産スケート・パンクスの6作目。ここ2作ほど米国録音が続いたが、3年ぶりとなる今回は同郷人チップスK(セイター)がプロデュースを手がけて母国で制作された。ソリッドでラウドなギター、ブンブンうなるベース、野太いヴォーカル、と全体に逞しさと説得力が増していることを実感させるサウンド作りと曲揃え。音楽的にはいかにも加齢を拒みそうでいて、じつはきっちり大人になっているのだ。 (平野和祥) --- 2005年04月号

久々のニューアルバム。
全体的にキレのよい音でいつもの彼ららしさが戻ってきた感じ。前回のHome from Homeは「？」って感じだった人も今回はすんなり聴きいれると思う。
Millencolinといえばメロディックな音作りも素敵だけど、今回はこれまでとは一味違うストレートでパワー溢れるサウンドも楽しめる。
新しいMillencolinスタイルも垣間見える良作！

このアルバム1〜4曲目まで完璧です。それ以降はダメとかじゃないけれど、その4曲が最高なんです。1はパンクオーラマに入ってた時からあまりのカッコよさに気になってました。2はミレンコリンらしいメロデックでお得意のコーラスも健在です。3はお祭りタイプの歌で盛り上げて、4で一転出だしのメロディーから感動させてくれます。この4曲の為だけでも買って良かったですよ。

僕は前作のホームフロムホームが好きですし、多分そこからミレンコリンの音楽性が変化したと思います。前作の哀愁パンクな感じによりパワフルで更にメロディックになったミレンコリンをお楽しみ下さい(^-^)
