ケビン・コスナー主演の「ボディガード」を数倍面白くした傑作です。寡黙でひたむきにガードをするＪ・リーは最高です。守られる女性にクリスティ・チョン（Ｊ・チェン最新作「メダリオン」ではアクションも披露）が、かわいく守ってあげたくなります。敵の殺し屋に「マトリックス」にも出演していたコリン・チョウとカンフー・バトルを繰り広げるなど、Ｊ・リーの香港作品としては珍しい現代劇が見られるのもおすすめです。

ジェットリーのアクションが良くて、色々検索して評判が良かったので借りてみたのですが
これはちょっと若い頃？で、アクションに大変キレがあって満足したのは思惑通りなのですが、何故これが高評価だったか見て初めて分かりました。
あまり惚れたりはれたりの役が無いジェットリーにとって
珍しくかなり誘惑されてしまう役どころで、でも彼はやはり硬派なのですが
また相手の女の子も不必要にやらしくなくて　なんだこの甘酸っぱいジェットリーは…
と見ているこっちまで当惑しながら見る映画です。
アクションとーっだーっ！というのを完全に期待して見ると
（ガンファイトが大分多いがアクションシーンもなかなかです）
かなり揺れ動くシーンの甘酸っぱさにこっちまで揺れ動かされる一本。
思わずドキドキしてください。高評価をしているほとんどが女の子だったと
早く気付くべきだった…（笑）でも相手の女の子も美人なので男性もそれなりに
ドキドキできるかと思います。
