第9話「檻」
脚本・作画・演出共にハイレベルな「ローゼンメイデン」ですが、今回の脚本は少々
「？」な部分があります。
ローザミスティカではなく、なぜか翠星石と蒼星石の人工精霊を奪おうとする水銀燈。
この理由は第10話で明らかになるのですが、話の展開がわかりにくく「あれ？」と思っ
てしまいます。
この点を除けば、相変わらずのハイレベルです。
ジュンをかばおうとする健気な翠星石や、ますます狡猾さに磨きがかかる銀様と（笑）、
個性豊かな人形達のドラマを堪能下さい。

第10話「別離」
銀様の「真紅、ローザミスティカを賭けて、私と勝負しなさい」のセリフに尽きます。
いや、この時の銀様の微笑みに惚れたと言う話もあるのですが（笑）、
このシーン以降、真紅の様子ががらりと変わります。
アリスゲームは、薔薇乙女達の命を賭けた戦い。生きることは戦うこと。
…でも、もし私が水銀燈に敗れたら？
気丈な真紅の「不安」「迷い」と言った心情が、一見平凡そうな日常の中に表われて
いると思います。
心の中を隠そうとし、気丈に振舞おうとする真紅が健気で可愛いです。

第９話「檻」、第１０話「別離」の２話収録。
ポストカードと初回限定版のみカレンダーカードがついています。

第９話では蒼星石を助けるために真紅たちはおじいさんの夢の中へ…
原作とは違い蒼星石が攻撃的ではなくなってます。
ボク的にはアニメの蒼星石の方が好きなのですが、あのおじいさんはなんか好きになれません。

第１０話ではシリアスな後半に注目です。
後半の真紅とジュンのやりとりは原作の３巻にもありますが、この部分を見るとローゼンって深いなぁと思います。
特に、真紅がジュンに投げかけるあの台詞は心に残るものです。

またも前巻リリースから１ヶ月のお待たせ。
第９話「檻」は第８話の続きです。
今回もジュンはそれなりに活躍します。
結果オーライだが・・・。

第１０話「別離」は一見平穏な生活の話。
のりに頼まれて練習の手伝いをするドールズ。
文句を言いながらもノリノリの翠星石。笑い所です。
そんななか決意を秘めた真紅。
ここから一気にシリアスモード。
またもこれを見ると次のリリースが待ってられない。
でも次巻は１ヶ月を待つことなく。
しかし今巻発売前に発表された第２期の製作開始。
待ってられないゾ。
