1988年2月に発売されたオリジナル盤を復刻したものです。

曲目はオリジナル盤とまったく変わりません。
1曲目の「LADY」は少年隊が歌った主題歌(オープニング)ですが、インストゥルメンタルにアレンジされています。可愛い女の子の物語にふさわしい、美しくファンタスティックな曲が並びます。

個人的な感想ですが、大編成のオーケストラでないため迫力に欠けること、ドラムの音が入っている楽曲が大変多いこと、放送された全てのBGMが網羅されていない点が残念でした。
さらに、ケース裏及びブックレット（というよりも、カード）が非常に簡素化されているのも不満です。
しかし、オリジナル盤よりは音質が向上していますし、「レディ!!」ファンとして音楽を楽しむなら十分だと思うので星4つとしました。

原作ファンの方、アニメからファンになった方、安価になったこの機会にぜひ一度、レディレディ!!の音楽に親しんではいかがですか？
