50分も･･･と思っていましたが、気付いたら最後の瞑想?に入ってました
思ったよりもあっという間の50分です
途中からマットを買いましたが、効きが違うことが分かりました
マットの上でやる方が変に踏ん張ることなくできるので、良いと思います
2日に1回のペースでやり始めて1ヶ月、筋肉はついた感じはありませんが柔軟さが深まったような気はします
また、姿勢が猫背だったのか、胸を張って歩いてけているような気がします
続ければ姿勢が良くなるかも
目覚めてすぐやっているので、朝ごはんが美味しくなりました･･･
これでしっかり食べたら太るのか?!

最初にパワーヨガを買ってしまい、呼吸が分からずこちらを買ったのですが、説明はありますが音がないのでちょっと分かりづらいということで★4つ

　　ヨガ歴　３年です。　ＤＶＤは自分のものや友達のなど、何本か体験していますが、１番いいと思いました。
　　テンポ、リズムがよく呼吸に無理がありません。　他のＤＶＤでは呼吸にむりがあるものや、まったく合ってないものもありますが、このＤＶＤは２重マルです。
　心を真っ白にして、解説に従っていればかなり伸びます。ぬけます。
初心者には難しいと思いますが、真剣に取り組めば１ヶ月でついていける内容だと言いきれます！　もちろん、経験者にもばっちりです。
　わたしはもっとはやく出会いたかったです。

ずっとやってみたかったヨガを実践しようとこのＤＶＤを購入。最初は30分ぐらいまでしかついていけなかったけど、週3回のペースでやっているうちに最後の50分までできるように。所々に「辛くなったら、休憩して」みたいな事を言ってくれるので、無理せず続けられます。初心者にもわかりやすく教えてくれる。しいて言えば呼吸法をもっと教えて欲しい。
