仕事や授業に集中できない？書類の記入ミスが多い？テストで単純ミスをしがち！なかなかスポーツが上達しない！早とちりや勘違いが多い！

何ということでしょう！全てチェックがついてしまった。まさにこれは私のためにあるトレーニング！！
ということで、トライしてみました。

面白い！と私は思いました。５歳から大人まで、ということで、絵柄はクセがなくてかわいいです。私のようなぼんやりでも、脱落しないよう、難易度４段階になっています。とっても気に入ったのですが、サイレントエリアなる回路を開くためには３ヶ月続けないといけないそうで。
てなわけで、結果がまだ出ていないので星４つ。がんばるぞ！

遊びのようなゲームのような感覚でできるので、誰でも楽しめます。
絵柄も見やすくて子供にも使えそう。家族で点数を競ったりすると大人のほうがヒートアップしたりして、単なる家族用ゲームとして使うのもありかも。

年をとってから資格試験にチャレンジする人などは、勉強の合間にやると効果アップする・・・かな？
そこのところを自分の脳で実験中。半年後に期待したいところです。
