『3年B組金八先生』の第7シリーズに飯島弥生(ヤヨ)役で出演していた彼女のデビュー・シングル。同じレコード会社の倉木麻衣に通じる透明感あふれるヴォーカルが魅力。サビの歌詞がタイトルそのままというパターンも似ている。(2)は心温まるバラード。


内容 (「CDジャーナル・レビュー」より)

TBS系『3年B組金八先生』で軽度の障害発達をもつ難しい生徒を演じる彼女のデビュー・シングル。ビジュアル・イメージからくる透明でナチュラルな感じは歌唱力にも表われ、清楚かつ一所懸命で初々しい感じがなかなかよろしい。本作は両A面となり「空飛ぶあの白い雲のように」はミディアム・テンポでマイナー調、「さよならと…」はアコースティック・サウンドが印象的なバラード。いずれも10代ならではのキラメキというのか、若干憂いをこめた少女の儚さがよく出ていて、触れたら壊れてしまいそうな危うさもあり。アイドル不毛の昨今では珍しい存在。 (石塚隆) --- 2005年03月号

ドラマ「3年B組金八先生」でヤヨ役を好演中、さらに早くも2ndシングルの発売も決定しているという、超新星の14歳（！）岩田さゆりちゃんが強力バックアップの元、満を持してCDデビュー！！
…ということで、ドラマを見て気になっていたという事もあって早速購入してみました。

曲は、色々な意味で大野さんらしい感じかな…というのが第一印象。
個人的には2曲目の「さよならと…」の方が好きです。

さゆりちゃんの歌唱力ですが、この時期にCDデビューが決まったというだけあって（笑）この年齢の娘としてはかなり上手い方なのではないかと思います。
多少幼さも感じますが、そこはまだまだこれからの14歳、見守って行きたいなぁ…と思わせてしまうのが彼女です（笑）。

ぜひ、2ndも欲しいなっ！
