椎名・榎本コンビと部長・夕子コンビそして浅羽・イリヤコンビの
チェイスシーンが見所かも……

「正しい原チャリの盗み方」はすっぱりと設定だけ生きています。
急にエンジンかけられるようになっているイリヤはちょっとなぁ……

公園がっていうのはネタ晴れにならないでしょうか？
原作読んでいない人は見ないかもしれないですけどね。

「ラブレター」も一番良いシーンが手直しされていて残念でした。
浅羽がドキドキしながら時計台の埃まみれの中で読み、
肝心の部分に気が付かないというのが良かったのにそれもカット。
夕子に気が付かせないとつまらないシーンだと思います。

一巻と比べて内容は充実してきたと思います。原作ファンには待望だろう夕子の初登場、そしてあの部長がつい本格的に行動しだします。前半はこの二人が主役でしょう。原作と通り（以上？）の水前寺の無茶苦茶ぶりを見て笑うしかないですね。「ほ兄ちゃん」と言ったかは聞き取れませんでしたが。
後半、公園での昔話。結末への序章とも思える話でとにかく悲しいです。

２巻は、サブタイトル『ラブレター』となっているものの、内容的は『正しい原チャリの盗み方』。１巻『第３種接近遭遇』は、原作で言うと、１章分だけど、それでもかなり短く感じた。さらに今回は２章分（最初の部分を含めれば３章）を同じ３０分にしたわけだから、前回以上にかなり内容をカットされた感じ。具体的に原作からカットされた部分を挙げると、原チャリの盗み方のレクチャーだとか、食事のシーンなどが完全カットで、他もかなりアッサリした部分が多い。
今回を見た場合、浅羽の妹・夕子の兄への思いと、最後に出てくる伊里野の昔話の部分が強調されているか。特に、コメディタッチの部分が多いだけに、最後の昔話が重い。砂漠の中の児童公園というのが、映像になって原作以上に鮮明になっていたのは見事。
