メーカーについて

   ホーローは、美しく衛生的なガラスに鉄の壊れにくさをミックスしたいわば「いいとこ取り」の材質で、ルーツをたどればツタンカーメン王のマスクまで遡る。そのホーローを自社工場で作り続けている、国産ホーローの代名詞とも言える存在が野田琺瑯だ。創業は1934年（昭和9年）。戦争により閉鎖された時期もあったが、戦後に再度創業し、素朴なあたたかみのあるホーロー製品を作りづづけてきた。
   近年、ホーローの良さが再評価される流れの中で、台湾ブリコ社と共同開発した鋳物ホーロー「BRICO」や、シンプルで機能的な保存容器「ホワイトシリーズ」がヒット。懐かしさの中に新しさを感じさせる製品群には様々な形や色が用意されており、好みや用途で選べるのも嬉しい。


Product Description

ホワイトシリーズの表面はガラス質なので、傷がつきにくく、細菌の繁殖を防ぐので食材のもちが違います。においの吸着もありません。本体はホーロー鍋と同じ材質なので、冷蔵庫・冷凍庫から出し（蓋は取って）、直火にかけて温めたり調理ができます。冷めたら、再び冷蔵庫・冷凍庫への保存が可能。キッチン・冷蔵庫を有効に使い、重ねて使うこともできます。電子レンジでのご使用はできません。用途：煮物保存。だし4人前など。

残ってしまったお味噌汁やスープなども保存して冷蔵！ホーローの表面はガラス質なので、プラスチック容器のときみたいに食品の臭い・油分も残りません。洗うのがラクチンです。このシリーズはいろんな大きさ・高さのモノがあるので、いくつか揃えて冷蔵庫の中も整理整頓で気持ちがいいですよ。

小さな冷蔵庫で中がゴチャゴチャしやすい一人暮らしにもオススメ。
僕はこのサイズには味噌入れています。

琺瑯の性質としては、
○直火OK
○匂いが移らない
×電子レンジにはかけれない。
×金属スプーンでかき混ぜると傷ついちゃいます。

というものがあるので、
よく考えてから買わないとイカンです。

でも匂いが付かないというのは、実はもの凄く便利で、
プラスチックの安い保存容器が、1年もフル活用すれば、色も匂いも付いてしまうのに比べて
きちんと使えばコチラは一生ものです。

料理をマメにする人には☆×5
レンジ多様する人には☆×3ぐらい
だと思います。

ちなみに琺瑯の蓋も別売りで存在します。（値段高くて在庫少ないですが）
あると蒸し料理にものすごく便利。

僕にとっては野田琺瑯は半分調理器具、半分保存容器な扱いです。

味噌数種、自家製調味料、等を冷蔵庫で保存するのに使用しています。冷蔵庫の中で重ねてもすっきりと収納できて、何より清潔感があります。別の形の物には小麦粉、パン粉、片栗粉、等を入れています。タッパー容器のように周りに粉が附着せず、使い勝手も良いです。ただ、残り物を入れるのには、電子レンジが使える容器の方につい入れてしまいます。
