糠漬には琺瑯が一番。
野田琺瑯さんのレクタングルシリーズは直火もOK（もちろん蓋は駄目よ）で殺菌することも出来るし、匂いも付きにくく安心。
夏場になると糠床管理が大変なのですが、この容器だと冷蔵庫へ入れてもスクエアなので場所に無駄がなく他の物にも邪魔にならない。長い方の一辺はキュウリの長さくらいで漬けるのに程よいサイズ。
他にカレーを冷凍保存して直接コンロへ…も大丈夫。このシリーズは働く主婦にとっても、本当に強い見方なのです。

これだけの容量があればたっぷりぬか漬けが作れます。深さがあるのでこぼさずにぬかをかき混ぜることもできます。水抜きを入れておくこともできる深さです。ぬか漬けにはこれしかないでしょう。

ざくざく切った色々な野菜をどかーんとこの容器に入れて、調味料を沿えて直接火にかけ野菜スープを作りました。
食べる分だけ取り置いて、残りは全部ピューレにしてまた容器に戻して保存…パスタソースにしたり、豆乳とのばして冷たいスープにしたりと今年の夏は本当にこの容器、大活躍しました！
暖めなおす時も冷蔵庫からコンロへ直接これをポンとかければOKなので、楽々。
調理の過程で、鍋に移す手間がかからないというのはこんなに楽なんだなあ、と実感しました。おすすめです☆
