このDVDはﾘｰｼﾞｮﾝｺｰﾄﾞ１と明記されていますが、正しくはALLｰREGIONSです。内容はまずwarm-up約8分。technique約32分。choreography約30分。performance約4分30秒。そのほかに計約30分ほど、カイロでsoniaがraqia hassamやdianaから個人レッスンを受ける様子や、costume＆drumなどのshopping風景、カイロを観光している様子、移動中車中でsoniaやbellydanceについて語るissam、ホテルの部屋で買ってきたhipscarfsを次々と着替え踊って付け心地確かめるsoniaなどが映しだされています。CDもついていて、説明も丁寧で観やすかったので、お勧めです!!

オール･リージョンで、ばっちり見れました。
説明は英語なので聞き流し（笑）ウォーミングアップから丁寧で、注意すべきポイントにはカメラもしっかり移動して横や後、足まで写していて、家でのレッスンにもってこいです。
ドラムのリズムも、先に口で言ってから実際の音を聞かせてくれるので、わかりやすく、とても参考になります。レッスン用にお勧めですね。

ベリーダンスの基礎テクニックのレッスンＤＶＤです。
基礎テクニックといってもヒップドロップ、スッテプ、シミー、アンジェレーションなど幅広い基礎テクニックに加え、そこに振り付け的な応用を加えてレッスンをしていきます。
そのテクニックをつなげていくと最終的には一曲の踊りとして完成するという構成のＤＶＤです。それを今度はソニアが素敵な衣装に着替え直して踊ります。
構成としてはとてもいいレッスンＤＶＤではないでしょうか。
オールリージョンでしたので普通に再生できました。わたしはパソコンでも再生できましたよ。
ソニアとイッサムのカイロ旅行の中でソニアが現地のレッスンをうけているシーンも覗くことができますよ。
