   太陽の光をもとに人工的に虹を作り出す、癒しのインテリア。日当たりの良い窓に取り付けて使用する。ソーラーパネルが太陽光をキャッチするとモーターが作動、色とりどりの歯車が回転し、スワロフスキー製クリスタルガラスの反射によって美しい虹色の光を作り出すという仕組み。ニューヨークのキッカーランド社デザイナー、David Dearデザイン。
   雨や曇りの日、夜間には7色の光は生まれない。また、直射日光のあたらない場所や遮光ガラスなどではうまく動作しないことがあるため、太陽の光が十分にあたる位置を選んで取り付けることがポイント。防水機能なし。

仕組み
1．直射日光の当たる窓に吸着盤を貼り付ける（落下防止のため、貼り付ける面はきれいに拭いておくこと）
2．ソーラーパネルが太陽光をキャッチする
3．モーターが稼動、歯車が回転
4．歯車と接続されているクリスタルガラスが回転して、光が拡散、虹色の光が広がる

〈CAUTION TI ENJOY〉大切なレンボーメーカーを落下による破損から防ぐためにも、取り付ける面をきれいにしてからつけてあげてください。防水機能はありませんので野外での使用時には雨を避け漏れないようお気をつけください。直射日光のあたらない場所や、高層ビルなどにある遮光ガラスなどでは、うまく動作しないことがありますので直射日光のあたる場所を探してみてください。

ソーラー電池のみの力でクリスタルが回るので、太陽ってすごい！と実感します。ミラーボール状の虹の粒が部屋をグルグル廻り、
ジジジジ・・・というモーターの音に「頑張って動いてるな」といじらしささえ感じます。
このリスタルがダブルのタイプはそれぞれ回転の方向が逆なので、本当にミラーボールの光のように部屋中に虹が廻って交差して、と
単純にシングルの楽しさの２倍ではなく、３倍４倍の楽しさが味わえると思います。
ひとつ気をつけたいのが『落下要注意』ということ！けっこう重さがあるので吸盤をしっかり張り付けなくては落っこちてクリスタルが欠けてしまいます。
かなりしっかり直射日光を受けなければ回りませんのでその点も要注意。

虹を見つけるとついウキウキして周りに教えまくってしまう人なら
とっても癒される玩具だと思います。

苛苛するほどの押し付けがましさはなく、
光の角度によって長さも強さも異なる沢山の小さな虹色の光が部屋中に交差します。
その動きはゆったりとしていて、そのままうつらうつらできるくらいです。

ただ、窓がベランダにしかないマンションだと直射日光が入りづらいせいか、
太陽の進む角度が天頂付近に近くなる季節には機能しにくいようです。
つまり、一番陽射しが強いであろう夏場にともするとピクリとも動かないのです。
（私の自宅の窓は南側で、目線より低い位置に付けましたが夏場はフリーズです）
冬場は同じ位置でも晴れさえすれば終日動いています。

材料費の想像はつかないのですが、値段もお手ごろだと思います。
ただ、落とせばクリスタルは一発で欠けます。

屋根がなくて、あまり動かさない窓につけるのがベストだと思われます。

と、色々条件は煩わしいものの、これを生かすべく窓の多い家に引っ越そうかと思うほど
お気に入りの癒しグッズです。

最初はミラーボールみたいにうるさく感じるかなと思っていましたが、ちょうど良い間隔で光を映し出すので癒し効果はあります。逆にもう一つクリスタルがあってもいいのではとも思いました。
しかしソーラーに関しては、かなり強い光を必要としているみたいで、私の新築したての住宅では高断熱と高遮熱ガラス（LOW-Eガラス）を使用しているせいもあり、あまり起電力がよくありません。特に高遮熱ガラスではまったく反応を示さないため、天窓（高遮熱ガラス）に付けて天井に光を拡散させようと考えていた私にはとてもショックでした。
このような点を考慮した上で取り付け場所を選定すれば、オリジナリティのあるインテリアとして活躍すると思いますので是非お薦めです。

太陽電池のとこに太陽が当たると、部屋中がキラキラでとってもきれいです。
子供も来客者もたのしめてます。
が、少し高めかとわおもいます。
