初期のシングル8枚が、ボーナス曲1曲追加、リマスタリングで再発売された。その第4弾。当初、4thシングル(8cm)は初回盤（銀の衣装）と通常盤（ピンクの衣装）でジャケットの衣装が異なっていた。当再発盤では通常盤ジャケット。個人的には初回盤の方が好きだったので、ちょっと残念。初回盤の表・裏ジャケットがどうしても欲しい人は、「EARLY SINGLE BOX」（限定）を買うと、付属の写真集に再現されている。

内容的には、安倍なつみ＋福田明日香でメインを務めていた最後のシングル。福田明日香はこのシングルを最後に脱退、定評のあった高い歌唱力はもう聴くことができない。「Memory 青春の光」は大人っぽい失恋ソングで、サヨナラ・メモを残して部屋を後にする内容になっている。

c/wの「Happy Night」はジャズっぽいテイストもある、ハジけた楽しい曲。そして「Never Forget」は福田のさよならソング。落ち着いた歌唱は十代とは思えない安定感。ボーナス曲「99.4.18 Live Version」は福田のラスト・ステージから。
