コザック前田のソロ活動などを経て、ガガガSPとしては約2年ぶりとなるアルバム『無責任一家総動員』完成。人気TVアニメ『NARUTO-ナルト-』エンディング・テーマでもある先行シングル「はじめて君としゃべった」をはじめ、名曲の呼び声も高いラブソング「私鉄沿線」、ライブで人気の「ヘイミスターアンダーグラウンドマン」「愛すべき肩倒立」などを収録、悪ふざけ＆ピュアネス健在の1枚。


内容（「CDジャーナル」データベースより）

コザック前田のソロ活動を経ての約2年ぶりの4作目。クレイジーキャッツの「ドント節」をアレンジした(5)や(8)からテーマを“無責任”としたのだろうが、無責任というより青臭く暑苦しい青春パンクなだけ。でもそれを全力でやれるのがガガガの良さだ。

シングル3曲もいいですが、「雨の日曜日」とかもGOOD!!
一番のお勧めは「忘れられない日々」でぃす。
ひとつの別れを忘れられない「男」の、なんだか共感してしまった一曲。
さびしいけれど元気があるそんな、力強くしてくれる一枚!!

これまでのアルバムに較べると、名曲といえるものが欠けているように感じます。
「卒業アルバム」でいえば「卒業」、「オラぁいちぬけた」でいえば「国道二号線」にあたるものが「無責任一家総動員」にはありません。
しかしむしろアルバムの完成度という点では、この作品は圧倒的なものを持っていると思います。
特に顕著なのが、バラードの精度です。「ガガガＳＰ」というバンド名から想像されるパンク一直線のうるさい音楽像からはかけ離れた心にしみる名曲が詰まっています。
まだガガガに触れたことのない人にぜひ聴いてもらいたい一枚です。

今回は｢無責任一家総動員｣というネーミングからぶっ飛ばしてくれました。純粋というか率直というか、そんな感じの感情がガガガの歌にはこもってます。のっけから｢祭りの準備｣から行ってその後の｢ヘイミスターアンダーグラウンドマン｣に移るのがいいです。ガガガ独特の音楽観がこのアルバムを盛り立てていて、すごく好きです。

シングル曲3曲はとても良い歌だと思いますが、その3曲以外が特に印象に残らない1枚でした。
そこに、聴きやすさがあるのかもしれませんね。
