後年のアバムもそれなりには好きなのですが、このアルバムには見られる
ような熱気はこの時代にしか、というよりこの時代だからこそ得られた物なのでしょう。
タイトル曲に参加の山口真文にしろ、今の視点からすれば「何で？」という
気持ちになるゲスト起用も本当の意味でのクロスオーバー、つまり後年形骸化した
ジャンルとしてのフュージョンではないあくまで坂本流のポップなフュージョン・ミュージック
の一部として機能しているのが凄い。
ブラスの響きがカッコいい「Theme　for　kautougi」、山下達郎のダブが印象的な「Gonna Go To Ｉ Colony」
故・大村憲司の短いながらも自分を出し切った先発ソロに引き続いて暴れまくる渡辺香津美が
堪能できる「Sweet Illusion」、ちなみにこの曲のシンセに薄く重ねられたジェイク・コンセプションのサックスと
山下・吉田コンビのコーラスにも注目！坂本さん、結構芸が細かいな。
そしてラストは細野晴臣作、Stevie Wonderライクな「Neuronian Network」でシメ。

やっぱり良く出来てるな、このアルバム。

手持ちのCSCL 1307（初CD化された際のCD選書シリーズの盤）と比較しましたが、音質は向上しています。買って損なし。

分類するならばフュージョンでしょうが
そこは教授の味付けですからただのフュージョンではありません。
POPかつメロディアス。
懐かしい人、今の教授ファンからすれば目新しいと思うひと。
損はさせません、是非お聞きになって。
ちなみに’sleep on my baby'が一番すきです。
これを聞かないと寝られないという頃もありましたね。
アッコちゃんのアルバムにも他のバージョンが入っていますが
私的にはこの中に入ってるのが最高です。
