~「a watercolor」が純粋なポップスで、もうこれ以上はないだろうと思っていた。
その気持ちも「ストライク」を聞いたとたんに、どこかに消えてまった。

スネオヘアーは変わった。

アルバムを何度か聴いてそう思った。
「a~~ watercolor」は「スネオヘアー」という仮面をかぶった渡邊健二が、それでも照れながら彼の純粋を、どこかはずかしげに見せてくれたアルバムだった気がする。
それがなんというか...。今回はとにかく一切の照れがなくなって、彼が大事にする「ピュア」が本当に直球でやってくる。そしてそれに一切の雑味がなくって、何か曇りの無い水晶
の様な純度の音楽が入って~~くるんだ。

まだこのアルバムのことをうまくとらえられないままです。
ただ今言えることがひとつだけ。
それは僕にとって、このアルバムを聴くということが、とにかくどこまでも透き通った彼の純粋に僕が触れる、ということなんです。~

ポップワールド炸裂の作品です。
といっても全部が全部ポップ過ぎるわけでもないですが、
リスナーを優しく受け入れてくれる十分に良いアルバムです。
アルバム曲としては「会話」がとても声が優しい歌で好きです。

初めてテレビで【ヒコウ】を聞いたとき、
広い草原に立ったような気分になった。
プロモーションビデオの印象が強いせいかもしれないが、
心が広がる感じを持った曲は久しぶりだった。

アルバム全体が暖かさに満ちていると思う。
人間を強く意識させる楽曲も多数ある。
特に【LIST】などは、衝撃的だった。
私は彼の楽曲に素直な、明るい人間性を見ていたのだが、
この曲でその印象はどこかへ吹き飛ばされた。
深くはいわないことにするが、
明るくはないが、人間性にあふれた楽曲だと思う。

現実から離脱して空想にふけるのが好きな方にお勧めです。
ただ、空想から現実にきちんと戻れる方でないと
素直に曲を受け取れないんじゃないかなと思います。
