まず、このディスク台湾CMC製でした。
一般的にCMC製のディスクは、特に品質が良くもなく、評判はどちらかというと最近下がり目ですので、大事なデータを書き込み、保存するにはちょっと･･･って感じです。（この手の台湾メディアでは焼いた直後はそれなりに読み込めても、数ヶ月で突然読めなくなるってものあります。）
しかもこの程度の品質のディスク（しかもスピンドルで）なら、他のメーカーので、もう少し安く入手できますし。
ただ最近珍しいプリンタブルでない銀色（CD-Rはそもそも設計上の不安があるので、印刷しないならプリンタブルは避けたい）なので、そこだけは買いですね。
しかし、いずれにしても、特に「買い」ってほどのディスクではないです。

最近はDVDメディアの話題が多く、CD-Rについては誰も問題視することはなくなったように思います。CD-Rメディアはそれだけ安定期に入ったということでしょう。イメーションは元住友スリーエムということでブランド力はそれなりにあります。CD-Rメディアについては国内で最初の安価製品ではないでしょうか。イメーションは、最初の頃は太陽誘電からＯＥＭでしたが、SPIN-Xを含め現在は台湾製になっています。ここの製品はよく使いますが、品質的には全く問題ありません。

この商品を音楽CDとして自分は問題なく使えております
書き込みは、ドライブが16倍までの旧型なため高速では試せませんでしたが、
再生の方は、CDラジカセからゲーム機、旧型のPCから年代物のポータブルCDプレイヤーなど色々使いましたが問題なく再生できました。

ディスクの外見は
記録面におかしな模様が映りますが、
これは側面（圧着面？）の部分にある凹凸を光が通って映りこんだもののようです、側面からの光を遮断するとわかります。

1枚の値段を考えると気軽に使えて、お得ではないでしょうか？
