万が一正常な使用状態において以下のような破損等が生じた場合はメーカーにて無償修理を受ける事ができる。
（原則として、修理品をメーカーに送る際の送料は別途必要）

・金具や錠前が壊れてしまった。取れてしまった。　など

また、以下の場合には有償にて対応可能。
・カブセや肩ベルトにキズがついてしまった。
・身体が成長した為に、肩ベルトの長さが足りなくなってしまった。
