ベテラン・ラップ・ユニットDO OR DIEのニュー・アルバムがリリース！残念ながらRAP-A-LOTからのリリースではない本作ですが、先行シングル”HIGHER”でのKANYE WESTとの共演の他、こちも同郷R. KELLYを迎えたモノやDJ QUIKとのファット・ジョイントなどもあり、サウンド面に幅が広がった印象。そして、前述の”HIGHER”も含め彼等のメロディアスなフロウが活きたソウルフル・チューンの数々が極上なんです！JOHNNY PやSYLEENA JOHNSONのシンガーを起用した曲をはじめ、心が洗われるような夢見心地なサウンドはメロウ・ファンに是非とも聴いていただきたい！”HIGHER”のPV等を収録したDVDとの2枚組です。

RAP-A-LOT脱退後のこのアルバム曲目みるとJOHNNY Pがあいかわず絡んでいて嬉しいですがDO U?やNOBODY'S HOMEのような感じの曲はありません。なんか爽やかになってしまいました。Pimpin' Ain't~やHeadz Or~のような過去のアルバムを想像して買うとちょっとショックを受けると思います。このアルバムはDo Or Dieと考えなければ星５個ぐらいですが、Do Or Dieとかんがえるともの足りないです。しかし13.Be Alrightは、いいですよ。JOHNNY Pがほんわかの中にせつなさがあるトラックのサビを歌いいいです。個人的にはまたRAP-A-LOTにもどりPro. J. Princeに戻ってほしいです。

今までは、トゥイスタぐらいしかシカゴ勢の人が参加してなかったですが、今回はかなりのシカゴ色に染まってます。
トゥイスタはもちろん、カニエ・ウェストやR.ケリーの参加によって、幅広い作風になってると思います。
先行シングル「Higher」を始め、メロウな曲が３~４割ぐらいをしめています。メロウ好きにはたまならいと思います。
個人的にはトゥイスタ以来の衝撃でした！！
