   モトリー・クルーのヒット・コレクションは数あるが、今回の1枚は決定版だ。代表曲はすべてディスク1に収録され、アクア・ネット時代からのカットが気前よく満載されている。ヴィンス・ニールがスパンデックスを着られなくなる以前、トミー・リーが素人ポルノに真の使命を発見する以前の、いかしたグラム・ロック「Too Fast For Love」やストリップ・クラブのアンセム「Girls, Girls, Girls」から、マスカラが流れるバラード「Without You」やコミカルな奇術「Shout at the Devil」まで。80年代を何とか生き延びたバンドはこのコレクションの後半では不可解にもシリアスとなり、「Planet Boom」や「Generation Swine」と言ったノイズを深く追求した。だが、やきもきする必要はない。このコンピレーションは確かにいい仕事をしている。伝説が誰も想像できなかったほど大きくなっているバンドの隆盛を追いかけることでは見事に成功しているのだから。（Aidin Vaziri, Amazon.com）

ツアーに先駆けてリリースされたベストＣＤ！
これだけ曲が収録されていてこの価格は安い。
プロデューサーがボブ・ロックというだけに、
心なしかパワフルなサウンドで聴き応えがある。
Home sweet home'91が収録されてるのが嬉しいが、
Shout at the devil'97が入っていないのが残念。

　まずＤｉｓｋ１の２０曲は、選曲も申し分なし。一日中かけっぱなしで最高。
Ｄｉｓｋ２は、渋めでいいですなぁ。ジャッケトもカッコヨク、メンバーの面
写真もよろしい。ＵＳチャート６位も納得のＢＥＳＴ盤ですなぁ。
特筆されるのは、クオータナリーからの選曲ですね。ミックのブルースギター
が得も言われぬ艶を出してます。素晴らしい。
