堂本剛＆国分太一で新ユニット結成！ KinKi Kidsの堂本剛とTOKIOの国分太一による新ユニット「トラジ・ハイジ」のデビュー・シングル。タイトル曲は2人の主演映画『ファンタスティポ』（藪内省吾監督）の主題歌で、70年代ソウルを彷彿させるノリノリのダンスナンバーだ。


内容（「CDジャーナル」データベースより）

堂本剛と国分太一が主演する話題の映画『ファンタスティポ』の主題歌……っていきなり1曲目が“しゃべり”で脱力。2曲目にやっと登場する楽曲は、70年代仕様のミラーボールなディスコ・ナンバーで、メロディはしっかり歌謡曲。なんでもありの楽しさ満開。

曲調が、昔はあったかもしれないけれど、今となっては珍しい曲調です。ハイジこと堂本剛さんが言っていましたが、７０年代の感覚の曲だと思います。聞いていると、元気が出ます。また、いくつかの某音楽番組で踊っていらっしゃいましたが、とてもユニークな振り付けで、私の周りでも話題になり、振り付けを覚えて踊っている人も多々います。堂本剛さん、国分太一さんの異色のユニット。どんな感じになるのだろうかと期待していましたが、お２人は期待以上のものを見せてくれました。

理屈ぬきに楽しい曲。歌う国分太一と堂本剛の二人が歌と踊りを楽しんでいることが伝わってきて、聞くほうも楽しくなってくる。企画モノながらクリーンヒットを飛ばしているのも納得。

久保田洋司の詞の世界が噛み締めるほどに深みを持ってくるのもいい。
軽やかに深い絶妙の仕上がりで、間違いなく買いの一枚。
