このボックスを買おうかというくらいの人に、内容の講釈は無用と思われるので、DVDの仕様、画質、字幕等についてのみ。
まず仕様について。「我輩はカモである」「御冗談でショ」「けだもの組合」の３枚は、既発売のものを流用しているようです。つまり、PAL盤流用、かつ（おそらく）外国で付けたと思われる問題の多い日本語字幕は、変わっていません。
新たに加えられた「ココナッツ」「いんちき商売」のみ、先日出た米国盤ボックス収録のディスクと同内容（おそらく）で、日本語字幕もまともです。とは言っても、誤字がないとか見やすいとかいうだけで、マルクス兄弟映画にとって決して理想的な訳とは言えません。
特典のインタビュー映像は、「ココナッツ」「いんちき商売」の２枚にのみ同内容のものが収録されているという、無理のある作りになっています。
画質については、PAL盤流用の３枚よりは、新たに加えられた２枚のほうがきれいです。ただし、これも十分リストアされてはいないらしく、「ココナッツ」などは、場面によってはひどいことになっています。
見られるだけましと割り切って、あきらめて入手するか、それともいつ出るかわからない完全リストア盤を待ちつづけるか、ファンとしては辛い選択を迫られそうです。

MGMの作品に続き、パラマウント期（のでいいんですよね！？）の
作品集もBOX発売！！大きなレンタルビデオ屋さんでもない作品が
あるので喜ばしいことだが、既発の作品（廉価版のDVD）は字幕が
ひどいとのこと（私は未見です）。
みんなが納得できるものになっていればいいですが。。。。
あと、音声も日本語吹き替えつかないかな~
まだルームサービスがDVDになってないから、これもなればいいな
