音質はラフだけど、かっちりとした印象の音作り。それにしてもこの演奏のテンションの高さはどうしたことか。
とにかく「カッコイイ！」の一言以外にあまり言葉がない。

久下恵生のドラムスとイリシット・ツボイのターンテイブル、ECDのアルト・サックスが狂気のように交錯するインプロヴィゼイション（M6）は鳥肌モノ。
これは「とにかく聴いてくれ」としか言い様がない。

フリー・ジャズ、パンク、ヒップホップ、etc.を貪欲に吸収し放出するヒップホップ・イノヴェイター＝ECDが、猥雑な好奇心に根差した1980年代の東京ニュー・ウェイヴの最良の精神を今も更新し続けていることが良く分かる、という点ひとつだけでも十分に勧められる一枚（それにしても、アグレッシヴなラップと「花が咲いて」［カヴァー／M7］のヴォーカルとの落差は苦笑いのツボを突く）。

結局のところ、そこで演奏される音楽の「スタイル」は彼ら自身によって発見され、（時には強引に）獲得されてきたものであって、それが今も彼らがイノヴェイターたる所以でもあるだろう。
閉ざされたジャンルのスタイルに寄り掛かりスキルばかりを向上させてきた「上手い」だけの音楽からは想像もできないような、ゴツゴツとした異物感に満ちたグルーヴがこの音源には満ち溢れている。

名盤。

確かに凄いライブだったと思う。

ECDはいつも通りの安定した感じ。イリシットツボイはかなり良いと思う。ただ、久下氏のドラムが効果的に使われてるかと言えばそうでもない。
普段クラブで電気系の音を中心に聞いてる人は興奮するかもしれないが、生音になれてる人がこのセットで、どの程度興奮できるのかと思う。

録音状況の問題もあると思うけどね。音結構粗いし。久下氏のドラムをガンガン聞けると思ってる方はちょっと残念かも。
