１stアルバムから「GREATEST HITS」というとんでもないアルバムを出し
本当にベスト版のように捨て曲なしのアルバムにしてしまったラブサイケデリコのベストの通常版です。

私はシングル、アルバム、DVDと全部所有している傍から見てもわかるラブサイケデリコファンですが
決して只デリコのアルバムだから手放し賛美しているわけじゃないですよ（....たぶん

私も最初はファンだからと、新曲二曲だけ楽しみに限定版を予約、そして購入したわけですが

聴いてみてわかりました
このアルバムは只HITした曲や有名な曲を詰め込んだだけではないんだと
コース料理なんですこのアルバムは順序が大事だと思うんです
次から次へと運ばれてくる一曲、一曲が全部メインディッシュ位のボリュームがあり、こうきたか！！と思わずにやけさせられたりします
それでいて聴き終わると「おかわり」と言ってまたCDを再生してしまう自分がいます。
凄いボリュームだけど食べ飽きないこんな素敵なアルバム買いだと思いますが.....どうでしょう？

ラブサイケデリコの音楽は、
ラブサイケデリコのものなのだけれど、
でも、どこかで聴いたことのある音楽です。

ギターのはずむ音と、ボーカルの落ち着きつつ、
激しい熱情をもった雰囲気がマッチしています。

そして、ロックのどこかで聴いたことのあるフレーズがあります。

そんな、音楽がつまった
ラブサイケデリコを聴いてほしいな。

ファーストアルバムのタイトルが『THE GREATEST HITS』だったんで、ベスト盤を出す時どうするんだろうと思ってたが、『Early Times』。まだ集大成じゃないよ、デリコの極々初期のベストなんだ、と言うことなのだろう。相変わらず人をくってる、と言うか、イカシテると言うか…。なにはともあれ、デリコのイカシたナンバーが16曲も詰まったベストアルバムなのである。ポップでありながら、アンニュイでノスタルジックな世界感。 このベストが極々初期のアルバムで、以降、デリコの黄金時代(古い言い回しだ)が永く続くことを祈るし、デリコの新しい音をいつまでも聴いていたいと思う。
