この作品に誰もレビューを書いていないなんて、
やや驚いたので、
わたしが書いてみることにした。

ボーカルのしわがれた声と、ペナペナしてスカスカした楽曲。
かっこいい音を出していなかったらアウトの、ややださめのルックス。
土臭さ。
かっこいいギターリフと、少しひねくれた曲の進行。
わたしが好きなものがそろっている。

流行っている音を狙ってみました、という感じが、
最近の若手バンドの中ではぴか一にせず、
自分たちの中にあるものを出したらこういう音になりました、
という感じである。
その点が、他のバンドと一線を隔している所以なのだと思う。

ストーナー・パンクと呼ばれているようだが、
確かに、らりっているのかもしれない。
でも面白いのに。

前作があまりにも肩の力を入れすぎた作品になっていたためどうかと思いきや
これは1stを越えるKOL最高傑作アルバムに仕上がっている。

カントリーチックなKing Of The Rodeoから最後までまったく飽きさせない
小さいライブハウスで是非聴きたい
