美麗なピアノの旋律、事切れるかのようなバイオリンの音色。
効果的なサウンドを強く並行させて切なさを強調しているのにハードな一面は隠さない。
ジャンヌにだけできるハード・バラードの誕生です！

時に重厚に、刹那にか細く展開する叙情的なメロディーに、
いつかに聴いた事のあるようなノスタルジアを感じながら、
「歌」ではなく「ひとつの音楽」としての美しさに引き込まれていました。

そして繊細で峻厳をきわめた歌詞が重ねられ、
美しい歌声がすべてを彩り、世界観を広げてくれます。

ジャンヌとしてはこのようなバラードは珍しいですが、
しっかりとメンバー全員の個性を楽曲に定着させながら、
メロディーのもつ美しさを引き出している点が秀逸です！

「月光花 -Black Jack Mix-」も収録されていて、
楽曲を凝縮したことによってより密度の濃い感動を、
歌詞を更新したことによって新しい答えを見出しています。

一転してバンドらしさを強みにして駆け抜けるように展開する

今回のシングルはCDのみとCD+DVDと二通りありますが、二つとも初回特典が異なるので二枚とも買うべきです。（詳しくは公式HPで確認を）
アニメ「ブラック・ジャック」のOPにもなっていますが、月光花は2パターンあってアニメのOPver.とシングルver.があります。それぞれ歌詞が違うみたいなのでここも聴き所です！

アニメ「ブラックジャック」のオープニングに流れるメロディーです。一度聴いただけで耳に残りました。私の音楽CD購入基準はあくまでも曲です。ジャンヌダルクファンには申し訳ないですが初めて彼らのCDを買います。とにかくメロディーラインが心地良くボーカルの声もきれいで、じっくり聴いてみたかったので、発売を心待ちにしてました。嬉しいです！
